Product Return:
We offer the following convenient methods:
- Send your request by calling (626) 336-0516.
- Send your request via fax to (626) 336-3748.
- Contact our customer service department using our Contact Form
The following information must be supplied:
- Your invoice number.
- A description of the problem.
- Valid serial numbers on each product presented for exchange.
After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
Write your RMA number legibly on the return label.
Return the entire package to:

- Product must be returned within 10 days of receiving an RMA number. All products received beyond 10 days will not be accepted for return.
- Shipper is responsible entirely for paying postage, shipping, and insurance. Orevox Online Shop is also not responsible for any damages as well as any other natural disasters which may incur during transit. Orevox Online Shop will pay shipping when the product has been replaced.
- Shipping charge and handling fees are NOT refundable.
Product Replacement
When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item once Dynavox Online Shop receives, approves and processes the returned item. Items will not be accepted if the terms and conditions are not followed. The remaining warranty from the original warranty period still stands.
Shipping Policy
We ship product from various distribution points in order to deliver parts in a timely manner. All parcel shipping takes place Monday thru Friday with UPS/FedEx/USPS at our discretion. In stock orders received and payment confirmed by 1:30 P.M. Pacific Standard time will be shipped the same day. Orders that include back-order parts will be held to SHIP COMPLETE. If a partial shipment is requested, additional freight charges may apply. For items weighing over 150 lbs, we offer LTL truck deliveries through a number of different carriers. Customers will be contacted prior to shipping for approval of LTL truck freight charges. Product shipped with USPS will not be insured and no tracking information will be provided. If a signature of receipt or proof of delivery is required, an additional sur-charge will be assessed upon shipping.
Free Freight Offer
We are pleased to offer free UPS/FedEx ground shipping, periodically, for orders over certain total order amount to locations within the contiguous United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside of the US do not qualify for this offer. While this offer applies to the majority of products, items deemed as oversize by UPS/FedEx/USPS do not qualify. In addition, any items that cannot be shipped with UPS/FedEx/USPS due to size or risk of damage will also not qualify. You may contact Orevox via e-mail or phone whether the item you need is included under the Free Freight Program. We will do everything possible to give customers the benefit of doubt in these instances, though we reserve the right not to sell any product at a loss. Furthermore, returning a qualified free freight offer order, entirely or partially, will result in actual shipping freight being charged back to the customer, hence, an amount less freight charge and handling fee will be credited back to customer's account.
